How does it work?

You can call and speak to someone directly or if you prefer use the online form, this way your question will be forwarded it to who we feel is the appropriate person to answer your question.
Important: your personal details including your name will not be shared with anyone else just the question. Once all responses collated the Information Officer will email you back.

We try to answer all questions as quickly as possible, but as you may appreciate if the query needs to go out for more comprehensive response it may take a little while longer.

On some occasions the Foundation may ask the advice of the Youth Focus Group who act as a specialist panel, they all have Dyspraxia and are on hand to help out with any questions you may have. Please note no personal details are ever shared just the query or question.

Remember, any discussion with the Foundation is confidential.

What does confidential mean?

Confidentiality means not telling anyone else about what you’ve said. It means that you can feel safe talking to us about something that is happening to you or happened, or how you feel about something, knowing that no one else will find out.

Is Dyspraxia Foundation Helpline Confidential?

We always want to keep emails to the Foundation confidential, but if we are very worried about your safety or the safety of others, we will talk to you about whether other people need to know.
